Thank you for sharing your response about D.Leroux's arguments. That discourse is the opposite of what my aunt has taught me as a mentor about being Métisse; the articles and comments I have read have had a deep impact psychological on me. The cruelty i have been witnessing has been destabilising and made it difficult recently to claim my voice, and that is out of character for me . So I am excited and grateful to discover your podcast and benefit your exchanges which are much more in line with what I have learned about being Métis.
